职位描述：
- Development of chemical audit, assessing a vendors ability to control chemicals used in the product and in the manufacturing processes with the control of the environmental conditions and risks in the factory
- Identifying any and all , environmental impacts that may cause brand or reputational risk / damage and make proposals on actions that may be taken to mitigate the risk
- As required, attend and raise risks at the chemicals steering group for decisions on actions that may be adopted.
- Manage the vendor collaboration and communication platform .
- Maintaining project management controls by updating risk and issue logs and creating CPA’s (plans) for actions that need to be taken.
- investigate and document the control processes needed in the supply chain, that will mitigate the risk for the environment and worker
- Working closely with Group QA, provide input and guidance as required, into corrective action plans (CAPS) for regulated substances
- Creation of SOP – Operating Processes for the control methods used by sourcing offices and QA functions
- Build relationships with key functional stakeholders, engaging with them to understand the full impact of any changes being proposed with the supply chain processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Technical requirements
- Commercial experience gained in retail or sourcing is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of quality and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of the regulatory processes and workings of the enforcement authorities
