This position is responsible in handling the suppliers sourcing and developing, cost saving initiatives in indirect category.

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB工作范围

？ Assist the Department Manager to manage the suppliers and purchasing engineers/assistants in the indirect category

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Related work experience相关工作经验
？ Above 8 years of related experience
？ Familiar with Truck Shipping, Wooden Packing, Admin, MRO etc. Indirect sourcing and purchasing
？ Familiar supplier evaluation process, vendor negotiation and relationship management
？ Familiar relevant rules and regulations

 Formal education or equivalent教育背景
？ B.Sc. in Engineering or the relevant

 Skills技能
？ Familiar with MS Office /Good English level

？ Good communications skills; /Good negotiation skills;

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
？ New qualified supplier sourcing when necessary, Optimize the supplier sourcing continuously.
？ Meeting with the internal customer to discuss the required specification of materials/services and the alternative proposals during the tender stage.
？ Responsible for the preparation of material/service purchasing plan.
？ Responsible for the Cost Saving plan and implement
？ Improvement the OTD and FPY continuously
？ Coordination with Planning Engineers for the regular and urgent materials/services
？ Coordination with relevant Department for the Budget of the materials/services.
？ Other work designated by supervisor.

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY安全职责
？ To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures.
？ To receive safety production education and training activities.
？ To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not.
