职位描述：
1.Assist QA/QC Division Manager and Merchandise Manager to monitor the claim ratio and other quality issues according to Corporate Target. Provide support as well as management information to QA/QC & Merchandising departments and customers.
2.To support the QA/QC teams by providing proactive measures. E.g. to analyze regularly on Claim issues and providing recommendations/solution whenever and wherever necessary.
3.To coordinate and chair the bi-weekly claim meeting and make sure all quality and claim information is properly communicated.
4.To provide general administration support of the claim procedure like data input and to dispatch demo sample to suppliers.
5.To assist in coordinating suppliers to understand our procedures wherever necessary.
6.Doing the weekly tracking report for chemical testing
