职位描述：
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
 
? Support and manage global, enterprise-class systems, with regard to ITIL/ITSM processes/practices.
? Work closely with office admin team to support and manage site facility of ZongMu offices. Ensure office equipment, supplies & storage, office space and environment are well maintained and in good status.
? Provide support for a wide spectrum of End User technologies as well as server technologies that include but are not limited to : Windows desktop/server, Citrix VDI, MS Office, MS Lync, MS SharePoint, Symantec AV, VPN, and VMware.
? Maintain System Center Configuration Manager platform to conduct software and workstation deployment
? Provide mobile applications support on a variety of devices.
? Perform workstation and facility support to resolve technical issues as well as perform routine tasks as necessary.
 
? Contribute knowledge and update information to create and maintain SOPs and training manuals.
? Develop best practices and training materials within respective discipline for other team members
? Provide guidance for other team members regarding IT procedures and service delivery.
? Investigate and document root cause analysis for incidents that result in a service disruption.
? Planning, Coordinating and performing Change Management Activities.
? Provide timely responses to users and management requests. Status updates on such requests need to be provided on a regular basis.
? Provide incident and service request support for assigned Information Technology platforms.
? Ensure that all solutions are aligned with IT standards and best practices.
? Identify areas in need of improvement and the drive to put a solution in place which addresses those needs.
? Provide high level of customer service to all levels of the organization.
? Manage and prioritize multiple incidents and service requests while adapting to changing business conditions.
? Document standard operating procedures for repeatable tasks and provide input to automation efforts.
? Provide on-call and after-hours support as required.
? Uphold and promote ZongMu's core values and culture
 
Skills and Requirement
 
? Execute developed process and procedures for installing applications on workstations as well as the workstation build process.
? Conduct due diligence on all ticket based work before escalating to the next Tier group.
Demonstrate an understanding of:
? Hardware and software troubleshooting.
? Windows desktop and Windows Server operating system environments.
? Active Directory Management, security permissions and network troubleshooting.
? Hyper-V , VMware vSphere or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
? Microsoft System Center Enterprise suite
? Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure concepts and standard operating procedures.
? Advanced troubleshooting techniques and problem solving skills.
? Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell/vbScript
? Ability to learn new skills, techniques, and responsibilities and train other team members. 举报 分享
