岗位职责：

 

1、实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告； 

2、管理、开发招聘渠道；  

3、负责员工的入职、培训、人事调动、离职等手续， 

4. 建立人事档案。熟知员工个人能力，辅助领导合理安排公司内部人力资源增减调配等；

5、负责员工转正后社会保险投保、申报，公司社保基数申报、调整、年检等工作，及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策； 

6、协助办公室行政采购工作； 

7、为丰富员工文化生活，组织安排各类文体活动；  

8、负责公司行政管理制度的建立健全和贯彻落实；  

9、熟悉人事部其他岗位工作，必要时替岗；

10、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

  

任职资格

1、人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历；

2、一年以上相关工作经验； 

3、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

4、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强； 

5、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件。
