Main Responsibilities:

- Further develop Route-to-Market Strategy through wholesale system establishing (right products, right wholesalers, right prices, right territories, and right people, etc.).

- Trace and control products movement within the territories avoiding infiltration and exfiltration.

- Achieve channel sales target - monthly, quarterly and yearly.

- Design, implement and control sales promotion activities.

- Develop exclusive trading term for wholesale channel building right price structure.

- Increase more store coverage via wholesale channel.

- Control channel expenses and well collaborate with other channels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- 5 years experience in FMCG sales management wholesale channel preferred

- Excellent English communication skills

- Proficiency in Ms Office application

- hardworking; positive; flexible; down-to-earth; high sense of responsibility; work under pressure; with capabilities of planning, analyzing, executing and controlling
