职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
(Key job focuses and responsibilities to reflect critical successful factors(CSF)/成功达成职位目标的关键职责)
* According to the customer’s specification, clarify the technical issue together with R&D, IE and quality, to align the understanding of the specification.
* According to the customer’s specification, work together with mechanic engineer for the proposal/concept of equipment, to align the understanding of customer’s requirement.
* According to the qualified proposal/concept, realize the E-Plan and BOM of equipment for purchasing, wiring and PLC programming.
* Cooperate with mechanic engineer in the whole equipment development process to ensure both customer and department team member have the same understanding of the equipment and engineering task could be finished in time.
* According to the design and specification, do PLC programming for equipment, to ensure the function of the equipment could be realized with high quality.
* According to the real problem in equipment assembly or debugging phase, support electrician or mechanic engineer to ensure the problem could be solved in time.
* According to the specification of the component, support planner or purchaser to get competitive components in the market.
* According to the E-plan and program, support documentation engineer to realize the equipment manual in time with good quality.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

* Fundamental electric automation knowledge based on at least a bachelor university degree.
* Has min. 2 years work experience in the automation field.
* Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications.
* Knowledge of PLC programming language, such as ladder diagram, function block, SFC etc.
* Familiar with the technical norms and standards of professional.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:

* Fluent spoken English.
* Can read and write German.
* Work experience in foreign companies.
* Basic quality understanding, including the quality tools and controlling theory.
* Good knowledge about Measurement and Test Engineering.
* Fundamental knowledge about Motion Control Systems, e.g. XYZ axis, Robot system.
* Fundamental knowledge about Power Electronics.
* Knowledge about industry engineer.
* Experience in switch industrial field.
* Experience in Automotive industry.
