职位描述：
ASSIGNMENT:
People Development
? To develop the store security team with the support from the Safety and Security Risk Manager.
? To improve the competence and leadership of each team member.
? To develop succession plan according to the Store business need.
Security Compliance and Operation According to IKEA Group Risk Manual
. To ensure the security program be fully implemented.
? To ensure the security system in good order.
? To implement annual security training plan timely.
? To keep good performance of guards team.
? To follow up the security findings of self check timely.
? To ensure the “ZERO TOLERANCE” policy of Black Cab be fully implemented.
Loss Prevention
? To follow up the yearly loss prevention plan, keep track with the inventory loss KPI and work out the action plan accordingly.
? Continuously improve the co-workers’ awareness of loss prevention.
? To conduct the EAS system to be used properly together with other functions.
Support for Investigation
? Carry out inventory investigation with Logistic Department.
? Support the (Deputy) Safety and Security Risk Manager to investigate the internal


Capabilities/Skills
? Able to form strong working relationships with all levels of management
? Have highly effective and creative written and verbal communication skills.
? To be a profitability thinker
? To deal with stress situation regularly
? To realize set targets and aims with patience and persistence
? Experience on loss prevention & EAS system
