岗位职责

1、熟悉生产线过程流程控制及产能评估；

2、进行动作效率分析与改善，运用动作经济原理提高效率；

3、支持制造工程师进行生产线平衡以及产品布局的安排；

4、在确保生产计划的基础上，设计规划最顺畅和高效的作业方案；

5、绘制车间平面布置图和产品工艺流程线路图；

6、设计与改进操作方法、现场布置、工位器具等生产辅助手段；

7、对物料、能源等消耗定额进行测定、改进、论证和进行成本核算。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、机电等管理或技术相关专业；

2、2年及以上工业工程相关工作经验；

3、工作责任心强，具有团队合作精神；

4、具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力、以及沟通、协调能力；

5、计算机应用熟练，掌握CAD等软件，英语较好。

Job Description：

1. Organization of jobs and organization of operational sequences ;

2. Analysis of working systems ;

3. Balancing of assembly lines;

4. Definition and conducting of Ratio measures in production;

5. Application of existing production- and planned time standards (standardization) ;

6. Generation of concepts and presentation of the results;

7. Execution of investigations and analyses for new projects ;

8. Provide support till serial production ;

9. Guarantee the standards for reaching the WSD planed times;

10. Conduct analyses, and seize plant specific numbers to the derivative of Ratio potentials ;

11. Production of standard times for the remuneration ;

12. Analysis and presentation of the determined data;

13. Plant overlapping cooperation;

14. Adherence and conversion the quality guidelines and process regulations ;

15. Adherence and conversion the regulations to the working safety .

Job Specifications:

1. Matriculation standard, University degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, (education of the respective country);

2. 2 years experience in Engineer, or Technician, multinational company experience is plus;

3. Good command of English or German both in verbal and written ;

4. Advanced PC skills including MS-Office, ORTIM etc;

5. Systems of predetermined times (MTM), knowledge of PC supported time and motion study techniques (e.g. ORTIM);

6. Knowledge about product liability and commercial;

7. Knowledge of the organization of production flows and production control ;

8. Flow of material, work place layout, ergonomics, layout production and knowledge of processes analysis knowledge about Kaizen philosophy (job organization etc...) ;

9. Team player with positive and can-do attitude;

10. Honest character, can working under pressure, highly responsibility spirit .
