职位描述：
岗位职责：
·参与公司整体融资规划及策略的定制，负责公司项目的商业计划书编制及投融资项目PPT制作；
·参与公司产品的面向全球市场的商业模式分析与设计；
·负责产品面向市场前的研究分析、策划及文案，对已有产品进行优化和重新定位，以及撰写各类分析报告及实施方案；
·负责投融资渠道整合和项目发布及投融资具体工作的规划和推动；
·协助公司对产品需求调研、设计、产品创新及产品生命周期进行分析，对产品的长期发展战略提出建设性意见，为企业决策层提供讨论参考依据。

岗位要求：
·硕士及以上学历，具备3年以上投资或融资操作经验或金融机构相关业务经验；
·金融知识扎实，熟悉掌握融资流程和专项业务知识，具有良好的融资分析能力和判断能力；
·熟悉产品融资流程，能够独立编辑或撰写产品说明书、产品推介材料、合同文本等文书；
·对资本市场有敏锐的观察力和判断力；
·能够与投资者、投资机构、基金等金融性机构保持良好合作关系； 举报 分享

Right now, Baiye’s “AlgoMatch” robot has read 100 million basic introductions of different companies, has analyzed 30 million executives and industry experts’ profiles, achievements and business relations, has learnt tremendous amount of M&A investment knowledge, historic transactions and study cases. It already has a preliminary understanding of the intention of the corporate mergers, can automatically recognize complex user requirements, can match in depth M&A investment projects and will further strengthen its precision in “listening, speaking, writing, matching” learning.
