职位描述：
Job responsibilities
1, III-V power device process flow design.
2, III-V power device process technology development.
3, Communicate with internal or external fabs to monitor lot status.
4, Troubleshooting during the III-V power device manufacturing.
4, Co-work with team members for design, testing and packaging.
5, Prepare regular updates and reports of III-V power device development status.
6, Intellectual property investigation and protection.
Job requirements
1, Master level or higher education in engineering or physical sciences preferred.
2, Prior experience with semiconductor fabrication is desired.
3, Familiar with III-V power device physics is preferred.
4, Familiar with III-V power device manufacturing is preferred.
5, Familiar with semiconductor device process development is preferred.
5, Team player with excellent communication skill. Must have the ability to work & communicate effectively with team members working in different areas. 举报 分享
