Business Controller

As a Business Controller in Finance team, you will;
? Support the Health Science business in terms of management report and business analysis, primarily for Datong.
? be working closely with the Datong GM and management team in order to drive for business results and improve control environment

Key responsibilities include;
? Management Reporting
o Providing monthly management reporting.
o Review and conduct monthly variance analysis on Profit and Loss Statements.
o Preparation of the monthly operational report.
o provide business managers with regular sales updates and follow up on any variances in a timely manner

? Budgeting Process
o Lead in the budget planning cycle by working with the business managers to develop key assumptions and reflecting all the factors/assumptions in the budget/Reforecast.
o Tracking performance of business against budget and provide timely and relevant feedback on potential risks and opportunities to management.

? Business Decision Support
o Develop relevant KPIs for measurement of financial targets and review with management on a regular basis.
o Develop for new business cases and monitor existing projects performance against the original business cases
 
? Compliance
o Ensure adherence of customer billings to appropriate accounting policies.
o Support credit control on collection issues
o Ensure internal and external compliance for financial and business processes

To be successful, you’ll bring with you;
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
? Total over 10 years’ working experience in Finance Function, at least 3 years in same position
