- Recruitment advertisement, interview and coordination, on-boarding process management.
招聘信息发布，面试及协调，入职管理等。
- Job description & Job requirement update, personal file creation, preservation and maintenance
工作描述和岗位需求条件更新, 人事档案的建档、保存与维护
- Attendance management and prepare weekly or monthly reports as required考勤管理及制作各类报表
- Termination management (including termination interview, termination by company, termination by consultation, etc.)
离职管理（包括离职面谈、公司方解除或终止、协商解除等）
- Coordinate and manage the employee relationship, consulting and train the employees about related policies
协调与引导员工关系, 给予员工相关政策等方面的咨询与培训
- Coordinate, organize internal training course.
协调，安排组织内训课程
- Responsible for internal communication channel development, such as bulletin board, internal publication, poster etc design and implementation
负责内部沟通渠道的开发与拓展，如：公告栏、内部刊物、宣传画报等形式的设计、规划和实施
- Company activities organization and coordination
公司内部活动的组织与协调
- Other admin. Affairs & HR issue which are designated.
    其它相关行政、人事事务


职位要求：
- College or above in Human Resource or Management or similar
大专或以上学历, 人力资源或管理相关专业
- At least 2 years HR related practical experience in training, employee relationship.
2年以上HR相关培训、员工关系等方面的工作经验。
- Be familiar with the Government Labor Law, insurance rules and related policies.
熟悉政府颁布的劳动法规、保险规定和相关政策。
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
良好沟通技巧，工作细致认真。
- Proactive, patient, responsible, strong service awareness and team player
工作积极主动、耐心，负责，有较强的服务意识和团队观念。
- Familiar with SAP HR module and MS office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
熟悉SAP人力资源模块及办公软件，如Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等等。
- Good oral and written English.
