职位描述：
Main Task:
? Role is directly involved in the Launch Quality Operating System and the Volvo Product Development System. Launch Leaders is involved as early as the Virtual Build until SOP+90 days.
? Provide launch status input to New Model Program Manager VHW and working to support the New Model Launch Manager in all Launch related activities on a daily operational basis, and provide the "Voice of VHW" from the VHW PD.
? Take quick action to secure the production with short term solution,
? Be part of the VHW engineering team and report/ require solution and need for help
? Participate in Gateway reviews Audit handshake/launch readiness / as required;
? Ensure all build activities performed in the plant do not compromise current production
? Manage and verify/inspect in-coming new model materials;
? Maintain regular dialogue with area launch leaders to identify and resolve launch issues with New Program Team;
? Must work closely with entire launch team to ensure integration across all functional organizations.
? Organize work and resources so that B&T New model objectives, short and long-term are met in an efficient manner.
? Manage and allocate the assigned work effectively to ensure that each KU is able and motivated to contribute to their maximum potential to sustainable business success.
? Lead in a manner which drives the aspired culture.

Responsibility
? Responsible for delivering on all Plant Launch requirements as defined in Volvo Car's Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS).
? Secure the built with temporary action
? Communicate with task leaders within VHW
? Operate in accordance with the legal framework and agreements.
? Operate to company compliance standards, terms and instructions.
? Follow company processes and procedures.
Qualification:
? 7 years working experience on vehicle engineer area;
? Fluent on English (Speaking/writing/listening);
? Requires "actual running production Body/Paint/Trim" Production experience/knowledge.
? Project management or launch experience.
? Undergraduate degree in engineering preferred.
? Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
? VCC Generic Competencies (Coordinate. Problem solving, Quality sense);
? Strong Leadership Competencies.
