职位描述：
1.与美国团队开展各种包装材料的新设计
2.与供应商共同开发新项目，推动包装物品采样过程。
3.与项目组和采购团队紧密合作，确保项目在客户和供应商顺利进行。
4.定期提供供应商生产线，寻求改进空间，并帮助他们改进。
5.对现场的供应商流程能力进行评估，监督和帮助供应商建立FAI检验，实习检查和最终检验规则。
6.监督供应商提供质量报告，生产计划报告等。
7.解决客户要求，分析根本原因，并对供应商采取纠正措施，并提供相关的SCAR / 8D报告。
8. SQE经理分配的其他任务。
要求：
1.包装，印刷或相关的本科学位
2.1年以上包装研发经验，结构设计或供应商管理。
3.熟悉不同种类的包装材料和制造工艺，例如 礼品盒，印刷盒，模制纸盘，泡罩等。
4.熟悉ISO9000，ROHS，ISTA测试等。
5.熟悉的3D和图稿设计软件，例如 ProE，Solid Works，UG，AI，AutoCad等。
