职位描述：
职责和责任:
1、处理客户订单:维护ERP系统。
2、联系工厂生产计划定期完成订单。根据需要调整订单。
3、安排和航运细节与客户直接沟通
4、与财务合作,确保所有发票是正确的,保证客户按时支付
5、按照客户要求制定每月出货计划。
6、提供及时响应,快速解决客户的询问
7、在必要的时候,安排访问客户开会的相关问题。
8、直接与客户保持清晰和有效沟通

技能和知识:
1、相关专业大专以上学历
2、有客户维护、库存管理和海关服务的相关经验。
3、计算机技能强、MRP的知识
4、良好英文书写能力。
5、良好的沟通能力与客户和同事。确定客户的个人需求的能力。 举报 分享
