职位描述：
一、岗位目的：
Job Purpose:
按照项目需求，基于参考可以独立完成各类工位从概念到装配再到详细设计。
According to project requirement, with relative reference design, able to complete all kinds of stations start from concept design, assembly design until detail design.
二、岗位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. 配合主管工程师按时完成项目分配的设计任务
Support to lead engineer to finish task assigned in project on time.
2. 进行工位相关的工程风险分析，节拍分析和设计节点掌控
Station relative engineering risk analysis, cycle time analysis and design timing plan.
3. 按规范进行图纸详细设计，能快速应对在加工过程中产生的风险和加工错误
Detail drawings with manufacturing spec, response to the failure/risk discovery during manufacturing phase.
4. 配合主管工程师管理供应商，推动和监控供应商的工作流程
Support lead engineer to manage supplier, drive and monitor supplier’s work progress.
5. 负责项目中自身部分的时间节点控制和成本目标
Responsible for achievement of time, cost targets of his part of project.
6. 维护客户关系，提高在技术方面客户的满意度
Maintain customer relationship, and Achieve customer satisfaction in technical aspect
三、任职资格要求：
Qualification Requirements:

Basic Qualifications 教育与学历：
Education & Academic Qualifications
1、本科学历，机械工程，自动化或相关专业
 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer, automation or relevant major
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
1、2年以上动力总成设计装配线设计经验。
2+years of power assembly design in automation;
2、5年以上自动化行业非标机械设计工作经验
5+ years of non-standard design in automation;

特殊资格要求：
Specific Qualifications
 熟练使用CAD/Solidworks
Application of CAD/Solidworks

专业知识与
工作技能Professional Knowledge and Working Skills (Hard Skills)
 1、了解发动机和变速器的产品和工艺
Product and Process of Engine & Transmission
2、 了解机加工艺，材料及其处理
Manufacture process, metal material and its treatment
3、熟悉非标设计及制造的相关准则及规范
Non-standard design and manufacture’s relative principle and specification.
4、 现有应用及新技术的应用
Existing application and new solution

能力素质要求Competence Requirements (Soft Skills)
1、良好优秀的演示和沟通技巧
Good presentation and communication skills;
2、 能承受高压力
Able to handle high pressure;
3、愿意对自己/业务上的相关知识进行持续改进
