职位描述：
主要职责Key Responsibilities
? 协助开发执行33俱乐部梦幻会员项目，达成33俱乐部的销售目标和实现高水平的质量及服务
? 开放、灵活地与33俱乐部运营团队紧密合作，执行工作计划，推动销售业务
? 获得富裕阶层人士的深刻理解，与目标群体客户达成有效沟通
? 领导33俱乐部的销售活动，处理新会员的获取、邀请以及入会的过程；创建会员简介以上交至委员会进行评审；与潜在会员进行会面和/或电话沟通
? 确保及时回应会员的疑问，记录会员或潜在会员对俱乐部设施和俱乐部项目的意见以便完善33俱乐部项目
? 与33俱乐部销售团队成员以及其他部门团队成员协同工作，用高效率和高产量的表现以实现公司的总体目标
? 协助33俱乐部经理处理相关的日常操作
? 应对及处理高度敏感和***尊贵的客户

? To assist in developing and executing the business plan for Club 33 fantasy membership program to achieve Club33 sales goals and implement high levels of quality and service
? To be open and flexible to work closely with Club 33 ops team to execute the work plan and to drive sales
? To obtain profound understanding of HNWI management and develop effective communication with target group
? To lead the Club 33 sales tours. Support the new member acquisition, invitation, on-boarding process; create member profiles for committee review; overview meetings and/or conference calls with potential members
? To ensure timely response to member’s concerns and records new and prospective members’ reactions to facilities and programs for program refinement
? To work with members of the Club 33 sales team and other SHDR teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity
? To assist Club 33 sales Manager in necessary daily operations
? To handle highly sensitive and top-level VIP guests

资格要求Required Qualifications
? 3-5年酒店行业或相关行业的工作经验
? 大学本科及以上学历
? 优秀的英语听说读写能力
? 计算机知识（Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook）
? 有在大型团队中的工作经验和合作经历
? 与内部团队及外部客户有很强的沟通和谈判技巧
? 在紧迫的时间之内能够将战略转化为实际行动
? 能够自我激励以完成任务，实现销售目标
? 有文化敏感度
? 注重细节

? 3-5 years working experience in hospitality industry or relevant business
? University degree preferred
? Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
? Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
? Experience and cooperation with a sizeable team in a matrix organization
? Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients
? Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time
? Self-motivated to complete assignments and achieve sales goals
? Culturally sensitive
? Detailed oriented
