The Consulate General of Pakistan in Shanghai requires the services of a full time Receptionist-Cum-Assistant.
Nature of Job:
To perform the duties as Receptionist and Assistant and willingness to perform duty at odd hours and weekend.
Qualification and Requirements:
Masters degree with English as major subject;
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese languages;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, etc.;
At least 02 years experience in job of similar nature;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Pleasing personality with high public relationship skills and existing contacts.
Note: The position is for Chinese nationals only. Only those candidates should apply who have proficiency in oral and written English.
