职位描述：

• Manage all HR related daily issues for SGBD sourcing team in China (Shanghai + Shenzhen), in terms of new recruitment, employee orientation and training, contracts management, etc.
• Manage sourcing team administration, such as sourcing annual contracts filing, team building, office supplies, interaction with delegation related departments, etc.
• Support sourcing managers to arrange overseas BUs sourcing trip in China, VISA invitation letter, etc.
• Well-understand the souring business strategy in different categories and support sourcing growth in terms of talents preparation and retention.
