职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for foreign staffs’ visa, employment permit process;
2) Responsible for the operation of Carrefour Global Sourcing staffs international mobility to China head office from other offices/countries.
3) Responsible for foreign staffs’ check-in and check-out process in China head office;
4) Foreign staffs’ lease contract coordinate and settle down, housing allowance budget management and in charge of monthly rental, school fee payment.
5) Foreign staffs’ information updating & maintance.
6) Responsible for Shanghai office employees’ shanghai residence permit process.
7) New employees’ 1st day survival.
8) Monthly Shanghai office employees’ attendance report delivery;
9) Head office employees’ activities support.
10) Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree, major in human resources or English;
2) At least above 1 year working experience in foreign staffs visa/work permit handling.
3) Very good communication skills, patient, accountable, positive attitude,
4) Well organized in the timeline and process
5) Can work under the pressure;
6) Fluent in oral & written English, CET-6.
