职位描述：

1.Improve operating efficiency, maximize reliability and availability of the plant Implementing the planned maintenance system. Achieve as a minimum budget availability and efficiency.
2.Develop, introduce and implement safety systems throughout the entire site to achieve nil accidents.
3.Implement management systems to provide effective control and maintenance of all plant equipment, services, buildings.
4.Lead/ guide Professional Maintenance
5.Propose and develop engineering solution for continues improvement of plant performances and quality of the products.
6.Evaluate and identify the need for staff developments and provide training to cater for a better team and organization structure. Ensure all subordinates are fully briefed, counseled, trained and developed to meet Department and Group objectives.
7.Maintenance Cost control
8.Get involve new process/ project Early Equipment Management
9.Make his perimeter risk assessment and keep updating according to the risk assessment methodology. Update the SOP as per Risk assessment result.
10.Make Preventive Maintenance to eliminate the EHS risks (machine guarding, LOTO. Noise...)
11.Check safety equipment and site operation in proper way (pressure vessel, safety valve, crane, forklifts. welding, electrical etc. work permits)

EHS
1.Make his perimeter risk assessment and keep updating according to the risk assessment methodology. Update the SOP as per Risk assessment result.
2.Make Preventive Maintenance to eliminate the EHS risks (machine guarding, LOTO. Noise...)
3.Check safety equipment and site operation in proper way (pressure vessel, safety valve, crane, forklifts. welding, electrical etc. work permits)
4.Take into account EHS and make risk assessment before making purchase request (equipment specification including safety machine guarding, emergency stops, etc…)

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related field;
2. More than five years experience in mechanical engineering of foreign - funded enterprises, at least two years experience in equipment maintenance and management;
3. understand the mechanical process, understand the mechanical drawing, familiar with the mechanical manufacturing process;
4. Skilled in CAD or related design software, have a strong hands-on ability;
5. Responsible for the quality, safety, cost and progress of the engineering department;
6. Good English listening and speaking ability, able to read English literature;
7. Good coordination and communication skills, able to adapt to high-intensity work;
