岗位职责
1、负责产品的售前支持、方案编写、产品演示;
2、负责产品的实施,参与培训用户,提供现场指导等售后技术支持工作;
3、配合销售做好产品市场推广;
任职资格
1、本科以上学历,计算机相关专业;
2、二年以上相关工作经验,从事过办公自动化软件技术支持工作者优先;
3、精通基于Oracle数据库软件培训,实施。对Oracle数据库应用熟练;
4、有良好的客户服务意识,具备较强的沟通交流和协调能力;熟悉客户关系管理的原则和方法;
5、有较强的项目洽谈能力,能够掌握、分析客户需求,提供符合客户需求的培训解决方案。
6、愿意接受挑战,善于应对各种环境,具备快速反应能力和解决问题的能力,能在压力下展开工作;
7、适应经常出差。

3 and master in Oracle database software based on training, implementation. Oracle database application of skilled;
4, have good customer service consciousness, good communication and coordination skills; Familiar with the customer relations management of the principles and methods;
5, a strong items conference ability, can grasp and analysis their needs, to meet the needs of the customer training solutions.
6, and willing to accept challenge, is good at dealing with the environment, have fast response ability and the ability to solve problems, and to start working under pressure;
7, travel frequently.
