职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
 Coordinating MPS,Ordering and Production activities to ensure perfect OTD(on time delivery).

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
(include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
1 Well explore MPS,Sales orders,inventory and production capacity to set up production plan
2 Work with production to maximize capacity utilisation and meet customer delivery dates
3 Release work orders in QAD and to production lines with the right time sequence.
4 Follow up production execution and propose corrective action and report actual status to KTC master scheduler
5 Maintain the accuracy of the Work orders through effective operation of the planning system
6 Monitoring actual shipment and order activities against MPS.
7 Manage the introduction of new products in a timely manner to support customer needs from Materials standpoint.
8 Follow up ECN/TECN change, especially on using up the stocks



QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Bachelor degree in economics, logistics or related.
2 3-5 yrs Experience from planning activities in manufacturing industries preferably Electronics field.
3 Can develop and establish good team work/relationships with all depts.
4 Proactive, accountable, be able to work under stress with team, good analysis and data processing skills.
5 Drive to initiate and implement improvements.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
1 Fluent in spoken & written English, ability to communicate effectively with US Corporate

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Good command of MS office & MRP system(preferred Mfg-pro).
