Job Description
The Leasing Manager will be fully responsible for the performance and smooth operations of all the assets of the Core Fund.
- Develop strategic plans and annual business plans for all assets and asset portfolio in line with the fund targets.
- Monitor and manage the execution of asset budget, capex, marketing and leasing progress, etc., to ensure assets perform to strategic plans and budget.
- Propose and lead asset enhancement plans to add values to the assets and to improve the investment returns.
- Hire and manage property managers, leasing agents, external vendors.
- Develop good relationships with tenants, agents, government departments and other related parties to maintain good profile on the market.
- Provide both regular and on-demand asset performance and status reports to both internal management team and fund investors.
- Build and lead a highly professional and effective asset management team.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with 10+ years of real estate asset management related experiences and at least 5 years in management position.
- Good connection with agents and other players in the market, good knowledge of the real estate market in China, in particular, Shanghai and Beijing.
- Experiences with real estate asset portfolio management and good at numbers.
- Innovative in ways of adding value to properties and detail oriented with a focus on deliverables.
- Team player and strong leader.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good network with government, broker and service providers.
- Highly proficient with both spoken and written skills in English and mandarin.
