职位描述：
Responsibility:
1) Maintain master data in SAP and Web, IT assets and Accessories, suppliers and procurement management, bridge cross function teams and different IT teams for two countries to ensure support and response are timely；
2) Use SQL scripts to select data from oracle DB or update statements for mass changes in DB;
3) Maintain good team work with other team members, maintain good relationship, and examples with users and IT’s for ASCC and other plants, active connection with vendors and customers；
4) Ensuring the master data will be maintained in SAP and web systems correctly, maintain assets and accessories inventory correctly, bridge cross function teams and different IT teams in different locations for two countries to ensure support and response are timely, consolidate reports for projects on timely manner to ensure the project success on time.
Proactively provide the windows for within and outside of AS IT customers to ensure the communication is clear and timely；
5) Review and research procurement prices at least once a year for regular purchasing items to generate savings. Negotiate purchase prices and contracts for single case purchase (like some software)；
6) Payment arrangement for IT related purchasing；
7) Cost control in all IT areas( telecom, accessories, assets, etc)；
8) Provide IT related systems (None SAP) training to all ASCC users.

Requirements:
1) College degree above；
2) 3 years working experience, JV experience is preferred；
3) SAP knowledge, material management；
