职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Receive and check new orders from customers, draw up Performa Invoices, check and confirm all shipping information and place orders.
接受、核实新订单、起草发票、跟单信息
2.Handle customer requests and ensure the Lead-time provided to the customers is accurate
解答客户问题，确保交期的准确性
3.Provide before and after sales service to customers and provide regular updates to customers and team on order status and timelines.
提供售前和售后服务，提升客户满意度
4.Place and track orders daily and keep records neat and organized
完成销售报表和订单报表等
5. Assist to recommend and introduce fabrics when customer needs
协助向客户推荐和介绍面料

Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above. Prefer Marketing/ Economics/C.S. major
大专或以上学历，相关营销、经济类、客服类专业尤佳
2.At least 2 year's related sales and customer service experience
有2年以上纺织面料领域内销售和客服的工作经验
3. Optimistic and open-character, good communication skills
为人乐观开朗，沟通力好
4. Fluent in English in oral & written; Fluent English communication；Basic computer skill with MS office，especially with excel
英语良好，能够流利用英文交流，能够使用办公软件，尤其是excel操作
5. Need to have great attention to details.
