I. BROAD FUNCTION: 主要职能
The Customer Service Coordinator (Domestic) is responsible for dealing with routine domestic customer service (orders, loading schedules, customer complaint…).
客服(国内)协调员的主要职责是负责处理日常国内客户服务工作(订单,装货计划,客户投诉等)。
Report to Export & Customer Service Supervisor. 向出口及客服主管汇报工作。

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责
1. Receive & process POs in SAP (including release & return POs). 处理日常订单。
2. Receive & process samples POs. 处理样品订单,
3. Tracking new product until it available (SKU, cost, spec., carton, film, labels…). 追踪新产品的建立(SKU号码,价格,配方,内外包装,标签)。
4. Weekly sales report to sales Dept and finance Dept. 每周报告给财务部门和销售部门相关销售情况。
5. Together with Yum, generate Google files every Monday. 每周与YUM核对销量表。
6. Arrange loading schedule everyday, every week, then send to production dept and warehouse. 安排每天及每周装货计划,并告知生产部及仓库。
7. Update loading plan to production Dept, warehouse everyday. 每天更新装货计划。
8. Conduct monthly/quarterly forecast through constant communication with customers. 每月每季度和客户核对出货 计划。
9. Proactive communication with internal and external interfaces to serve the customer well. 与公司内部和外部相关单位协调更好的服务客户。
10. Tracking account payment, pick up quantity & production date. 追踪收款,提货数量及日期。
11. Deal with customer complaint of our stock & quality etc. 处理关于产品库存和数量等的客户投诉
12. Solve emergent problems (increase POs etc.) 处理紧急事件(如新增订单等)。
13. Keep Customer Service Supervisor informed of any pending issues. 随时告知客服主管相关工作。
14. Any additional activities assigned by supervisor. 主管指派的其他工作。
15. Backup responsibilities for Export. 如有需要,需代理出口客服工作。

III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE教育,技能和经验
1. College degree or above. 大专毕业或以上学历。
2. Good commend of written and oral English. 良好的英语写作和表达能力。
3. Good command of SAP and MS office skills. 良好的SAP和Office 软件操作能力。
4. 1-2 years relevant working experiences in customer service or logistic area. 1—2年相关客服或物流工作经验。
5. Can work under the pressure. 能承受工作压力。
