职位描述：
Position Objectives:
- Resolve operating system, application, network, SAP, and mobile data device problems; escalate issues as appropriate.
- Coordinate all requests for associates through the ticketing system and assure proper approvals and information are acquired
- Perform diagnosis of issues as the first point of contact.
- Install software applications when appropriate
- Provide the excellent customer service and regular feedback to users on outstanding items.
- Provide Tier II resolutions when appropriate following IT protocol and security procedures
- Work with SAP functional teams to resolve non-configuration issues with SAP
- Work with BPOs to obtain approvals and correct roles for processing SAP Security Requests
- Work with Managers to obtain approvals and process Infrastructure Requests.
- SAP sourcing - entering requisitions, info records when requested.
- Perform diagnosis of issues as the first point of contact.
- Install software applications when appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Experience supporting business system(s) including installing and configuring workstations, servers, and printers as well as resolving operating system and software problems.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Extensive problem resolution skills.
- A good knowledge of the business workings and functions.
- Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Chinese and English language skills are mandatory. 举报 分享
