Roles & Responsibility 职责描述:
A NPD & PRODUCTION TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1 support NPD and lead in technical accessment from feasibility analysis to sample development
2 Needs to have clear responsibility to develop and be responsible for all tech drawings and the specs of each part
3 support quality and operation during production in problem detecting, technical solution finding and following up till problem solved
4 ensure proper qualified mold development follow up on a timely basis; regularly manage mold maintenance
5 Work closely with cross functional teams
6 Maintain and improve the relationship with suppliers
B WORKING PROCESS MANAGEMENT
1 establish and continuous improve engineering department working process
2 develop and implement RAP system working in engineering related data capturing, recording and analysis
3 strict in following process working and system application, covering whole department
C STRATEGY DESIGNING AND ACTION PLANNING
1 develop departmnet development strategy based on company direction
2 develop plan and action to delivery strategy
3 closely follow up with action and plan prosecution, delegate working throughout the department for objective achievement
D TECH. INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT
1 focus in innovation in technology from various resources; and its application into company product development
E DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
1 Daily working arrangement for ENGINEERING department
2 Manage, review and improve working output of ENGINEERING department
3 Working training for Juniors
F OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 任职资格要求:
1 Bachelor degree or above
2 8~10 years in PLASTIC/METAL HARWARE/GLASS engineering
3 Working for cosmetics industry is a plus
4 English languange ability is a plus
5 Familiar with engineering software
6 Creative, smart working, forward thinking, detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible.
