职位描述：

Sales Operations

Prepare monthly sales call plan and execute actual visit as per call plan to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Develop and maintain positive customer relationship

Work with Dist & W/s to ensure operator to continue using our products and sell in new products.

Execute activity plan for teashops by district in order to meet POP drivers targets, in line with POP vision for the channel

District Wholesaler Management

Ensure sales target achievement in all assigned range

Penetrate new sku to district wholesalers to achieve sku target

Sales Territory Management

Maintain good relationship with model outlets and key outlets within assigned area

Monitor & review monthly sales performance in teashop outlets

Expand business by increasing number of operators through conversion & retention and new product penetration.

Market Intelligence

Timely feedback on competitors and industry information in terms of pricing, distribution expansion, promotion offer & activities.

Pricing Management

Ensure that at all times wholesalers are effectively selling the company's products to end users according to agreed sales policies.

POP Implementation

Regular visit to all key outlets as per call plan

Check and recommend good brand merchandising at the agreed locations in the outlets

Ensure all promotion POSM properly displayed in the outlets

Academic/ Professional Qualifications

Education: College education, Diploma is an added advantage

Language Proficiency

Mandarin : Written/Spoken

Experience

Min. 3 years sales experience with at least 2 year in Food Service
