职位描述：
Job Purpose
Support quality department on supplier improvement, assembly and customer problem handling

Job Responsibilities 工作职责
- Continually work with suppliers to improve quality, implement process control and quality plans. 持续协同供应商改进质量,贯彻实施供应商过程控制和质量计划。
- Work with Sourcing team to evaluate and analyze suppliers utilizing evaluation metrics.
协同采购部门用质量评价指标评估和分析供应商能力。
- Monitor and control nonconforming material and provide feedback to the supplier of material. Assist manufacturing with evaluation and disposition of this material and help facilitate root. cause.监控不合格物料信息及向供应商提出投诉,协助生产评估和处置这些不合格物料并帮助寻找原因。
- Suppliers training of quality tools such as control chart, Pareto,8D,Quality concept and testing procedure. 供应商质量工具方面的培训,如控制图,柏拉图,8D以及质量概念意识和相关测试程序。
- Develop and maintain quality work instructions, procedures and guidelines for supplier programs.
建立和维护作业指导书,程序文件及质量指导方针。
- Lead problem solving activities including problem from customer, assembly. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers, and suppliers. 主导客户端及装配现场质量问题的处理,能够有效阐述来自于管理,人员,客户及供应商的问题信息及反馈。
- Carry out supplier annual audit and follow up supplier improvements. 进行供应商年度审核及供应商改进。
- Identify training needs for inspectors, review available training program and schedule inspectors to be trained. 确认检验员所需要的培训,审阅有效的培训课程并安排适当的检验员培训。 举报 分享
