职位描述：
1.Responsible for all import/export operation by connection with local agency, forwarder, oversea and internal company. 通过与报关行、货代、国外和公司内部相关部门协调，负责所有进出口相关单证事务（如合同、发票、装箱单、原产地证等）。
2.Responsible for inbound shipments(machine and spare parts) from overseas by handling documents, coordinating clearance to warehouse or delivery to customer specific destination. 负责国外设备和备件的进口运输，按照报关要求准备进出口文件和相关证书，协调清关到仓库或者客户指定地点。
3.Responsible for outbound shipments to overseas by coordinating documents preparation, responding to forwarder inquiry from both internal and external customer. 负责货物出口运输，准备报关文件给货代公司。
4.Track daily import/export goods status, verify the custom clearance and shipment progress.跟踪每日货物进出口状态，确认进出口货物报关及运输的进展情况。
5.Assist business leader on logistic optimization solution协助业务部门领导进行物流方案的优化。
6.Keep good relationship and coordination with Custom and Commodity Inspection Bureau与海关商检相关部门的协调沟通。
7.Take over a certain part in customer service management, order clarification with our headquarter. 参与客户服务管理工作，与总部进行订单确认。
8.Other task assigned by leader完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求Requirement：
1.Bachelor degree prefer major in trading or logistic. 贸易或物流类专业本科以上学历
2.At least 3 years working experience in machine manufacturing or trading company. 3年以上机械制造或贸易类公司进出口操作经验
3.Solid custom clearance knowledge, familiar with HS code and regulations. 具有扎实的报关知识，熟知商品编码规则，并熟练掌握相关政策法规
4.Familiar with the operation process of foreign trade documents. 熟悉外贸单证操作流程
5.Familiar with office and SAP system, understand the order handling in SAP. 熟练使用各类常用办公软件和SAP系统，了解SAP系统订单操作
6.Good English communication skills both written and oral. German would be a plus.英语听说读写流利，会德语者优先
