职位描述：
1. 负责产品的设计和规划，以及持续改进，跟进产品设计、开发、测试、满足现有和预期的市场需求；
2. 负责监测、整理与分析用户需求、竞品动态与行业情况，提升产品及用户满意度；
3. 负责公司项目产品设计、优化，向用户进行产品宣导和推广；
4. 负责产品周期管理，与相关职能紧密合作，对用户体验和产品收益负责；
5. 用互联网的逻辑来改变经纪人的工作模式，提升公司效益
6. 配合其他部门制定产品运营计划，持续改善产品，达成目标；
7. 带领运营团队进行「测试、验收、发布」过程，并建立完善的运营反馈模式；

录用条件
1. 本科以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上互联网产品设计、管理相关工作经验；
2. 对互联网新产品有敏锐的嗅觉，有较强的产品设计及需求分析能力；
3. 对工作充满激情，具有强烈的创新精神，富于责任心，能承受工作压力；
4. 具有互联网产品规划设计、产品管理的实际经验；
5. 思路清晰，较强的表达能力和产品推广能力，良好的跨部门沟通和项目协调能力；
6. 敏锐的分析能力，善于倾听用户声音，具有强烈的创新精神，责任心强，能承担较大压力；
7. 有大型互联网公司产品设计、项目管理经验者优先； 举报 分享
