职位描述：
Task Description:

? Perform a complete analysis of the symptom related to the equipment.
? Perform advanced electronics and optics repairs
? Calibrate our hi-precision systems with Metrology grade artefacts.
? Certify our hi-precision systems in compliance with the highest standards of the industry.
? Execute quality control checks thru advanced hi-end customized software.
? Give consulting expertise to technical support team for concerns about repairs;
? Collaborate with technical support team to provide repair reports to customers.
? Supervise the maintenance of hi-tech metrology equipment’s.
? Supervise the Inventory management processes;
? Collaborate in the evolution of repair techniques and tools;

Requirements:

Engineer University Education in electronics or relevant technical field;
? Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics assembly;
? Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system;
? Capacity to work under pressure with large industrial accounts;
? Rigor and international openness;
? Ability to adapt rapidly to changes;
? Bilingual (Chinese and English);
? Autonomous

工作职责：

负责形创中国区的3D扫描仪，光笔和MetraScan等产品的技术支持和售后服务工作，通过专业的技术，确保客户满意。工作的主要内容包括：
1． 通过电话，邮件，远程桌面等方法，对来自于客户的技术咨询，产品使用的问题提供支持。完成硬件远程诊断，软件故障排查，恢复客户设备。
2． 对于客户寄回的设备进行诊断，报价，维修，校准，发货等。确保维修质量和维修速度。
3． 维修中心的基本管理，库存管理，设备维护。
4． 收集整理维修和支持的典型案例，软件Bug，客户的反馈等，及时告知总部。
5． 现场服务，包括，设备诊断，客户培训等。
6． 其它经理安排的工作

职位要求：

- 机械、电子工程、自动化等专业，本科
- 较强的动手能力，自学能力和钻研的精神
- 3-5年设备仪器的服务或维修部门的工作经验
- 良好的沟通技巧
- 英语能读懂英文资料，邮件沟通和基本的口语
- 熟练使用Office等办公软件 举报 分享
