-Develop clear product strategy/marketing plan to drive profitable growth
制定明确的产品战略/市场计划来驱动盈利增长。
- Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trends / customer insights and competition
持续关注市场情况以应对竞争对手变化和适应客户需求-
- Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions for the responsible segments / brands by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning
通过市场细分和定位,为细分市场及品牌发展制定市场战略和战术解决方案
? Creating and implementing marketing plans through internal training, customer education collaboration, key account involvement / projects
通过内部培训,客户教育合作,关键客户参与项目创建实施营销计划
- Provide key selling points according to product benefits and features to sales team and assist sales force to develop customized and effective messaging in their assigned territory.
根据产品的特性以及优势向销售团队提供产品关键卖点,帮助销售队伍在他们的指定区域里定制有效的营销战略。
Requirements
职位要求:
- Bachelor degree, hearing major is preferred;
本科学历,听力医学专业优先考虑;
- Minimum 8 years sales and marketing experience in medical device relevant industry, Minimum 5 years related position experience.
八年以上医疗器械相关行业销售和市场工作经验,5年以上相关岗位工作经验。
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
优秀的表达能力和销售谈判技巧。
- Strong analytical and process skills
优秀的分析和处理能力。
-Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
优秀的PowerPoint和 presentation技巧。
- Proactive and strong strive to succeed. Logic thinking.
工作主动积极,有极强的进取精神。条理清晰,逻辑思维强。
- Willingness to work under pressure and accepts significant business traveling.
