岗位描述
- 具有一定的金融知识，了解金融软件的使用和产品理念
- 按照测试计划来执行测试
- 配置维护测试环境和测试用例，脚本及测试代码实现
- 使用不同的测试工具或方法来创建一个整合的测试系统
- 开发并维护测试用的自动脚本来测试在智能手机上的开发的应用软件需求(功能说明，使用说明，技术说明)，确保测试之应用软件的功能性、安全性与表现性能
- 完成所有功能测试的执行，发现错误。确保在用户使用前保证质量安全
- 协调与R&D之间测试结果各种问题的解决
- 整理并提供QA技术文档
- 阅读理解技术性英文文档和邮件沟通

岗位要求
- 金融、计算机本科或相关专业
- 具有两年以金融软件技术工作经验(软件开发或者测试经验)
- 具有发开测试策略的技能，测试流程的说明，风险分析和测试计划等等
- 熟悉软件开发周期和软件测试的实际经验；熟悉开发过程中遵循和使用的标准、步骤和方法；熟悉工程的应用领域以及质量管理的目标、步骤和方法
- 使用过商用和开源测试工具，例如：Rational Robot, Rational Test Manager, WinRunner 等等
- 必须具备网络基础架构的知识，具有debug和发现问题的能力
- 能够在多任务的环境下工作，具备较强的交流、沟通能力并具有解决问题的能力
- 具有良好的文案基础、学习能力和口头表达能力；良好的工作压力承受能力、负责任；
- 具有团队合作精神以及独立工作能力
- 英语书写和沟通能力良好。
