Summary:

Work closely with CEO to implement overarching marketing strategy & vision for CapitalVue international market.



Specific responsibilities:

Brand Management

. Work closely across various domestic and global teams to drive marketing messaging, support and collateral around product launches, ad packages, partnerships and events for CapitalVue's products and Branding.

. Conduct market research and analysis to formulate Marketing and build up CapitalVue international market strategy to grow the business: Collect Market Data, Analyze Market Data, and Work out Marketing plan.

. Facilitate strategy meetings and advise on the creation of client focused service propositions.



Internal Communication

. Work closely with our creative, product and program teams, to ensure all communications are consistent with our brand and corporate image.

. Produce and implement various internal communications to promote CapitalVue online pitch process (posters, email communications, newsletter articles etc).

. Effectively manage marketing budgets.

. Oversee purchasing activities for all marketing collaterals and promotional items.



Public Relationship Management

Increase our market presence through event sponsorships, speakerships and award submissions.

Be responsible for the oversight and development of relationship with government relations, media partners and other suppliers.



Requirements:

· Fluent in both spoken and written English.

· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

· Bachelor degree or above in a relevant discipline (beneficial)

· Minimum of 5 years of related experience with proven track record in business development and coordinating strategic initiatives (knowledge of the financial industry & marketing would be an advantage)

· Self starter, proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision

· Good at handling multiple tasks and competing demands in corporate environment

· Strong ability to communicate effectively through all mediums and at all levels, both internally and externally

· Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (design package such as Photoshop skills would be beneficial)

· Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results in a broad based, hands-on marketing role

· Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
