职位描述：
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、公司员工基本信息更新，人事考勤计算
3、差旅安排（机票、酒店、签证等）；
4、后勤采购（食品、文具、资料等）；
5、报销单据的审核，并汇总表格报主管；
6、负责复印机、电脑、打印机采购和保养和公司名片等办公用具的订制；
7、上级主管交办的其他事务

任职资格：
1、30岁以下，中专及以上学历，文秘、行政或英语专业优先；
2、有1年以上行政前台工作经验，有财务出纳经验, 会计上岗证为佳；
3、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用MS办公软件；
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
