职位描述
Assist Accounting Manager for payments, statutory filings, banking and reporting in accordance with strict time line.
Key Responsibilities
1. Banking
? Keep good records for original payment supporting documents;
? Coordinate with varies functions for official invoices, validate relevant PO/approval for all payments;
? Prepare monthly Intercompany merchandise Invoice payment list for HK treasury to prepare payments;
? Prepare and submit supporting documents to the Bank for the payments in foreign currency;
? Liaison with Tax accountant for non-trading foreign currency payments;
? Apply extension with SAFE for foreign currency CDFs over 90 days;
? Liaison with SAFE for Loan, interest, service fee payments;
? Monitor petty cash and maintain a reasonable buffer agreed by regional office
2. Accounting
? Staff Expense claim validation;
? Keep good filing for all payment vouchers and supporting documents for local books
? Provide monthly Bank payment summary by category
3. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
? University degree preferable major in finance/accounting
? Minimum 2 years working experience in finance/accounting
? Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
? Open and mature personality
? Familiar with MS office
