职位描述：
此岗位须确保造邑（上海）商贸有限公司在相应的产品领域建立一个有竞争力和创新力的供应商体系以确保满足市场需求；候选人需要妥善处理和解决整个开发过程中的相关问题，协调并配合品管，跟单及法国本部等相关部门，确保从供应商筛选，产品开发，大货生产到准时出运等相关环节顺利完成。

Your mission:
This position ensures that Cultura has a competitive and innovative supplier base and product proposals for specified product category to satisfy the market demand; You have to resolve any critical issues for the entire process from supplier selection, product development, to mass production and shipment release in coordination with our French team, quality engineers and business administration.

The Successful Applicant
o Identify and select a competitive suppliers base for specified product range that can improve the final offer to the market.
o Negociate all conditions (Prices, MOQ, Leadtime..) and develop a win-win relation with your suppliers.
o Regularly collect and analyse industrial information, alert the management possible changes in the external environment and industrial trend by constantly investigating among exhibitions, fairs, supplier visits, economic news and industrial research.
o Lead the supplier selection and evaluation process, while assuring the commercial competitiveness, supply chain capacity and flexibility to satisfy market demands, assist in the quality system audit activity and encourage suppliers on the corrective action plan implementation.
o Lead the product & packaging development process, keep in close contact with the market needs and supplier development, play the role wherever possible as the link between the customer and manufacturer.
o Supervise the procurement activities in mass production for the specified product range, assist to optimise results when conflict arises between product development, operational quality control and shipment schedule.
o Always keep alert of the latest development both from the market and supplier.
o Strictly Implement supplier strategy, quality policy guidelines formulated at the Cultura headquarters and local management, practice the working method defined in the sourcing field by the company, and always play an effective role strengthening the relationship between the supplier and Cultura.
o Being a member of the Cultura organizatoin, constantly involve oneself into the development of corporate culture. Excellence, Specialist, Passion, Simplicity, Responsibility and Curiosity shall always be reflected in the daily business practice.

Qualifications
o College /University graduate, education abroad is a plus.
o Min. 1 years in export oriented companies in procurement and product management activities.
o Proven experience dealing with people in business environment
o Good Knowledge for European consumer market, and Asia manufacturing cost structure
o Strong communication skills both in oral and written English with non-native English business partners, French speaking is plus.
