职位描述：
Main Task 主要工作任务：
1. 钎焊式铝热交换器制造
    Brazed Al HEX manufacture
a. 熟练掌握钎焊式铝热交换器铝材成型设备、模具与工艺
    Expert in machine, tooling and process of Aluminum material forming
b. 熟练掌握铝热交换器装配
    Expert in brazed HEX assembling
c. 熟练掌握铝热交换器钎焊工艺制定
    Expert in brazing process parameter setup
2. 支持产品开发工程师
    Support PD engineer
a. 帮助客户解决热交换器生产中的问题
   Troubleshooting in HEX manufacture for customer
b.对客户技术支持与培训
   Support and training for customer
3. 钎焊式铝热交换器设计与样件生产
    Design and prototype manufacture of brazed Al HEX
a. 独立进行钎焊式铝热交换器的机械设计
    Mechancial design of brazed Al HEX alone
b. 利用内外部资源进行钎焊式铝热交换器样件制造
    Prototype manufacture of brazed Al HEX in house or outsourcing

Requirement 要求：
1. 5年(含5年)以上钎焊式铝热交换器现场生产经验，具体从事过材料成型与热交换器钎焊技术工作
2. 机械或模具专业
3. 本科以上学历
4. 具有一定的金属成型、成型设备及模具设计知识； 具有丰富的铝热交换器钎焊工艺知识与工艺制定能力；具有丰富的热交换器现场生产经验；具备热交换器样件设计制造能力；能熟练使用两维或三维机械设计软件；具有一定的铝热传输材料知识
5. 团队合作，优秀的沟通和协作能力，关注细节，分析能力好，客户导向，持续学习，持续改善
6. 具备英语阅读语能力
7. 有项目管理的经验更佳
