职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise Production outgoing daily inspection
- Responsible for new inspection instruction preparation
- Responsible for equipment maintenance
- Responsible for procedure and inspection documentation maintenance
- Lead products quality monthly review and continuous improvement
-  Responsible for customer complaint , return handling and continuous improvement
-  Supervise quality database, records , reporting and white board updating
-  Coach QC inspectors and technical training arrangement
-  Coach inspector performance appraisal and regular training arrangement
-  Responsible for inspection 5S activities
-  Assist for new product trail run and records, reporting
-  Cooperate process capability study (PFMEA, SPC etc)

Requirement:
- PFMEA, SPC, control plan, 8D report, 5W skill
- Experience in process audit and product inspection
- Good communication skill and leader management skill
