The Company, one of the worlds leading pump Manufacturing Companies, has set up a regional "Support Centre" in Shanghai/Hongqiao in order to secure local support for the Asian region but also to be an important element for their Global support.
Role:
The Application Supporter provides 1st. line support for the Global Service Desk to super users for Business solutions and services.
By following the Incident Management procedures the Application Supporter ensures that normal services to end users are restored in the shortest possible period of time.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring and operate CRM support system
- Incidents solving incl. escalation to 2nd level support (Application Consultants)
- Implementation of Standard Changes according to Change Management process
- Service requests (Q&A, mass data changes, price uploads etc.)
- Communication with Super Users according to above operations
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in supporting SAP solutions
- Experience with SD is mandatory and knowledge of CS is preferable
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (i.e. PS) will be extra bonus.
- Experience from Multinational companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the specific SAP modules.
- Team player, that takes responsibility and ownership,
- used to work in a Matrix organization.
- Fluent and effective in both spoken and written Chinese & English.
