职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads all HR activities across 3 locations, including strategy development, planning, employee development, compensation and administration
- Manages staff and provides leadership of assigned general units, especially emphasis on C&B and Training (Learning & Development)
- Works with the management team to identify human resource issues that may affect the organization.
- Champions of initiatives that look to improve the processes and policies within the organization.
- Ensures consistency where relevant in China of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Specifics:
1. Recruitment: Managing the recruitment and ensuring that effective recruiting standards are set across Change management.
2. Retention: Responsible for talent retention as well as training initiatives within China.
3. Compensation & Benefits:
- Developing and annually reviewing internal rewards systems.
- Benchmarking salary levels across the company and developing clear responsibility progression through different levels and salary packages.
4. Learning & Development: to assess training requirements, help senior managers to develop training materials, coordinate a company training plan and schedule, and deliver training directly
5. System: Research for selection & implementation of HR system to improve work efficiency.
6. Administration. Supervise office administrative & HR staff for all compliance, payroll
7. Internal Communication. Develop overall internal communication plan; in particular responsible for monthly employee newsletter and coordination of annual meeting and company gatherings.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree & above
- At least 10 years of human resource experience in international company with multiple HR function background, event or exhibition industry preferred.
- Strong background in Compensation and Labor Laws
- Good knowledge in HR topics, such as talent management, management/employee development, organizational development
- Forward thinking and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal as well communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Excellent computer skills
