Objective of Job
* Integration manager to support multiple APAC Powertrain Programs.
* Lead Model Integration Managers in correct application of the management & methodology instruments foreseen during the vehicle execution plan.
* Coordinate activities between cross regions.
* Manage PT integration/budget and timing activities with product development team. * Develop plan/budget/timing necessary for future programs.
* Periodic publication of project status.
* Facilitate activities between PT cross function teams.
* Identify & consolidate the best practices & lessons learned during the development of the project.
* Train teams in integration management.

Brief Task Description
* Execute tasks according to project plan through regular tracking.
* Lead MIM’s in program execution.
* Ensure completion of each phase of program through launch(program reviews). * Manage program timing, meet key milestones, identify any deviations, and facilitate creation of recovery plans.
* Periodic evaluations of status, KPI and projections of R&D costs.
* Plan venues/timing for communications to key stakeholders within PT, Vehicle and JV teams.
* Coordinate cross regional activities (NAFTA/EMEA/LATAM)

Qualifications
Education: Graduates in Engineering, preferably Automotive

Experience:
* 8-12 years project experience.
* Well rounded PT/full vehicle experience from a leading OEM Auto company.
* Proficient in automotive industry & good sense on time, cost and risk management. * Willing to work on multiple projects.
* Experience in leading teams through program launches, a must.
* Good decision making and implementation skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Good English speaking / communication/presentation skills and team player.
* Adapt to different work demands.
