Mainly Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for employee’s profile management and documentation of personnel transactions (including new hirers’ probation, promotions, transfers, performance review, terminations an d contract renews, etc).
2. Handle HR operations activities including but not limited to employee on board, internal transfer, probation, contract renewal, exit process, relocation, applications etc.
3. Responsible for new employee’s on boarding process and coordinate on orientation training.
Administer attendance, OT, leave management process and records , make accuracy。
4. Responsible for social insurance administration, commercial insurance and other benefits programs.
5. Execute payroll process to ensure contractor payroll is processed timely on monthly bases with the updated data info.
6. Support on employee recruitment, such as interview arrangement, etc.
7. Assist HR manager to implement and improve various HR policies.
8. Coordinate the training activities.
9. Collect and consolidate employee quarterly awards announcement.
10. Assist line mangers to handle disciplinary issues and labor disputes.
11. Work with employees on residence card renewal, work permit etc.
1. College degree or above in HRM or other related major;
2. At least over 2 years HR working experience in multi-national company;
3. CET-4, skilled in reading and writing;
4. Strong in MS office.
5. Work independently;
6. Adaptable; good inter-personal skill;
7. Well organized and of high personal integrity;
8. Self-motivated; Good communication skills.
