Duties & Responsibilities
工作职责：
1、Responsible for handling car rental inquiry and reservation by email and phone call accurately and timely according to Hertz standard
   负责根据赫兹标准准确准时地处理租车业务咨询与预订（通过邮件及电话）

2、Have a working knowledge of car rental reservations and system procedures; know cancellation procedures and modification procedures.
   熟练操作预定系统，了解租车的预定，修改，取消流程

3、Have knowledge of car rental rate and Terms & Conditions for all different corporate & individual clients
   熟悉不同协议客户以及散客的租车报价及相应条款
