职位描述：
Position: Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Focused on support Corporate indirect material/service sourcing activities，
- Acceptance and record of procurement application, demand management, bidding management, negotiation and contracting etc for key commodities,
- Management of procurement-related documentation，
- Supporting line manager in setup commodity strategy and planning, and facilitate the internal and external communication to ensure the execution，
- Management of repetitive procurement & framework purchasing contracts，
- Manage the relationship with key suppliers, evaluating the vendor performances to benefit the collaborations，
- Handling of incidents during receipt for service purchasing，
- Responsible for Procurement Performance Appraisal report，
- Supporting line manager in collaborating and implementing internal/external projects，
- Other duties assigned by the line manager，

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, Business or IT background preferred;
- 3-5 years working experiences in Indirect Purchasing, MICE purchasing or IT purchasing preferred.
- Familiar with procurement process and supplier management process;
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Professional, accountable and proactive.
- Strong written and oral communications skills in both Chinese and English;
- Strong computer skills, esp. on Excel.

岗位职责
- 负责公司间接采购相关的物品及服务采购支持工作；
- 负责间接采购关键品类的内部需求管理、招投标、询比价、商务谈判、合同等采购工作和流程；
- 负责采购资料、供应商资质文件的整理、存档等管理工作；
- 协助上级进行根据采购需求制定采购策略和计划，并进行有效的内外沟通保证顺利实施；
- 管理重复性采购行为及框架采购合同；
- 管理重要供应商并完成供应商评估报告；
- 对服务类采购的收货环节进行管理和跟进；
- 负责整理采购支出数据管理，制定季报、年报等采购数据报表；；
- 协助上级进行采购项目的内部及外部沟通和合作；
- 完成上级指派的其他工作；

岗位要求
- 本科学历，商科或IT类专业优先；
- 具有3至5年的间接采购工作经验，会务采购或IT采购优先
- 熟悉采购流程及供应商管理流程；
- 具有较强的沟通能力，协调能力和谈判能力
- 为人正直，有责任感和主动性
- 可熟练进行英文交流(口语及书面)；
- 熟练运用各类办公软件，excel能力强者优先 举报 分享
