职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责中心厨房、管事部等下属的日常行政事务工作和团队的运作效率、食品供应及出品质量。
2、督导下属所有员工的工作，控制设施及成本。
3、管理整个厨房团队的运作以达到部门的利润。
4、管理整个厨房团队的运作确保达到食品和卫生的质量标准。
5、了解宾客需求，筹划和设计菜单，制作和保持更新新的菜式，及时开发符合市场需求的餐饮产品。
6、贯彻和执行培训体系以确保员工具备专业技能、工作态度、安全应急等方面能力，有效地完成工作。
7、其他酒店管理当局布置的工作。

岗位要求
1、八年以上四五星级酒店工作经验，三年以上同岗位工作经验。
2、接受过专业技术训练，达到专业厨师技术水平。
3、熟练掌握厨房运作管理及成本控制方法，熟悉厨房各项设备的性能、使用及保养方法。
4、懂得成本核算，食物原料及食品营养知识。
5、具有良好的创新和领导能力。勤奋努力，以身作则，工作认真负责，带领部门员工。 举报 分享
